Position Summary:

The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate storage and distribution of products, maintaining inventory control, and supporting logistical activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth functioning of the warehouse in accordance with company standards and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are appropriately stored and handled.
  • Perform regular stock checks and reconcile physical counts with the inventory system.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Organize the layout of the warehouse to optimize space and improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle the receipt of goods, verifying their quality and quantity against purchase orders.

Qualifications:

The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the purchasing process for goods and services required by the company. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services in compliance with quality standards. The role also involves tracking and managing procurement budgets and ensuring the best value for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors that meet the company’s requirements for quality, price, and delivery terms.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with company policies.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to obtain the best value for the company.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (ERP, SAP, etc.).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of Kurdish is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
